Key Responsibilities

Communication & Governance

  • Develop and execute BE communication strategies to improve visibility and engagement across business and technology teams.
  • Create impactful presentations, newsletters, and training content to promote BE initiatives and solution adoption.
  • Strengthen governance protocols for transformation projects, ensuring compliance.
  • Maintain documentation and knowledge repositories for BE tools, processes, and success stories.

AI & Power Platform Execution

  • Lead the design and deployment of automation solutions using Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI.
  • Integrate AI tools and Microsoft Copilot capabilities to enhance business workflows and decision-making.
  • Track project ROI, usage metrics, and continuous improvement opportunities.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify automation use cases and deliver scalable solutions.

Continuous Improvement & Quality

  • Apply Lean Six Sigma and process excellence methodologies to reduce errors and improve operational efficiency.
  • Conduct process mapping, root cause analysis, and solutioning workshops.
    • Support quality assurance and post-deployment optimization efforts.

Education, Technical Skills & Other Critical Requirement

Graduation and Postgraduation from a reputed institute in Technology / Commerce / MBA

8-10 Year

Expertise in building, testing and deploying solutions using Microsoft Power Platform Tools (Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate, Power Pages)

Hand on experience of implementing M365 Co-pilot for process improvements

Practical implementation exposure of VBA Macros and related RPA Tools

Possesses a blend of technical and functional expertise that enables them to design, develop, and manage solutions using Microsoft Power Platform tools

Should have stakeholder management skills for collaboration, facilitation and influencing stakeholders.

Must possess planning and analytical skills to facilitate and focus on continuous improvement and innovation within the organization.

Must have good communication, interpersonal and project Management skills and be able to interact with senior leadership / business partners / customers, both locally and globally. Creating automated workflows using Power Automate Process specific Skills Prior Knowledge and hands-on experience in Operations and / or enabling functions to detect and resolve gaps. Ability to create an encouraging and efficiency driven environment. Work well along with people of different functions, with different needs/requirements effectively.










Good to have:-
Exposure of Mainframe Automation / Cobal Language Lean Six Sigma Green Belt Certification, applied knowledge of Lean / Six Sigma methodologies, change management along with project execution experience. Experience of creating FMEA, Process Maps, VSM and relevant Quality tools of GB level. Excellent knowledge of MS Office, particularly MS Excel & PowerPoint. Training delivery skills on green belt level six sigma concepts. Good with analytical skills, estimation, calculating capacity, FTE requirement, predictive accuracy etc.
