Position : Project Management Consultant – Hospitality Construction

Role Overview

Project Management Consultant (PMC)

Key Responsibilities

Construction & Finishing Oversight

• Supervise balance civil works, MEP (Electrical, HVAC, Plumbing, Firefighting), façade, interiors, and landscaping
• Ensure quality control, snagging/desnagging, and timely execution of FOH/BOH areas
• Review contractor proposals and monitor daily site progress

Coordination & Documentation

• Liaise with architects, consultants, vendors, and the hotel operations team

• Conduct weekly site meetings, prepare MoMs, and follow up on action items

• Maintain updated records: drawings, warranties, manuals, and as-built documentation

Planning & Reporting

• Develop and track execution schedules, flag delays, and recommend corrective actions

• Prepare monthly progress reports and dashboards for internal and operator review

• Support cost control, billing verification, and change order management

Strategic Input

• Recommend value engineering options and phasing strategies

• Assist in contractor evaluation and onboarding if needed

• Ensure compliance with brand standards and operational readiness

Ideal Profile

• B.E./B.Tech in Civil, Electrical, or Interior Engineering/ MBA.

• 8–10 years of experience in hotel/resort/commercial project delivery

MEP systems, interior finishing, and operator coordination

• Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills
