Solutions Architect- Cloud Salesforce

As a Cloud Solution Architect (Salesforce) with over 12 years of experience, you will primarily focus on Salesforce Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and other Salesforce products. Your key responsibilities will include implementing and maintaining cloud-based Salesforce CRM solutions, specifically Service Cloud, while actively engaging in the development and execution of successful strategies in an Agile environment. The ideal candidate for this role will have a strong background in Salesforce product solution design and development, with a particular interest in enhancing user experience. You should possess excellent communication skills and the ability to convey complex technical information in a clear and compelling manner to non-technical stakeholders. In addition to your expertise in Salesforce Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and Einstein, you must hold certifications as a Salesforce Administrator and Service Cloud Consultant. Additional certifications such as data architect and solution architect would be advantageous. A deep understanding of Salesforce data architecture, roles, profiles, permission sets, and sharing rules is essential, along with a proven track record of designing and implementing complex Salesforce data models. Your role will also involve integrating Salesforce with third-party applications and other enterprise systems. You should be comfortable working with emerging technologies, striking a balance between experimentation and execution, and leveraging data-driven insights for decision-making. Your leadership skills will be crucial in inspiring teams, providing a clear vision and execution plan for complex initiatives, and fostering innovation and exploration within the team. Experience in Human Capital Management would be considered a valuable asset for this position.
