We are entering a critical scale phase. This role is designed for someone who loves ownership, clarity, and execution, and who wants to grow into a full Project Manager role as the company scales.

Role Overview

As a Project Management Associate, you will be responsible for driving execution across cross-functional projects including brand launches, marketing campaigns, operations, vendors, and external agencies.

You will act as the central point of coordination to ensure timelines are met, blockers are resolved early, and nothing falls through the cracks.

This is not a passive tracking role. You will be expected to own outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

Execution & Delivery

• Own end-to-end execution of cross-functional projects
• Translate goals into clear tasks, owners, and timelines
• Track progress, drive follow-ups, and ensure closure
• Flag risks early and escalate with solutions

Cross-Functional Coordination

• Coordinate across Marketing, Operations, Creative, and Leadership
• Manage dependencies and timelines across teams
• Run structured stand-ups and planning check-ins
• Keep internal teams and external partners aligned

Agency & Vendor Management

• Serve as single POC for agencies and vendors
• Track scope, timelines, and deliverables
• Manage briefs, feedback, and revisions
• Proactively address delays or misalignment

Launch & Campaign Readiness

• Own launch and go-live checklists
• Ensure readiness across inventory, content, website, logistics, and marketing
• Coordinate pre-launch reviews and post-launch retros

Process & Documentation

• Maintain Notion as the single source of truth
• Build and improve SOPs, templates, and trackers
• Keep documentation clean, current, and usable
• Continuously improve workflows for speed and clarity

• Strong Notion and tracker discipline
• Startup, D2C, or agency experience preferred
