Role Overview

We’re looking for a Brand & Campaign Intern — someone creative, detail-driven, and fluent in visual storytelling.

You’ll help shape Duke & D’Or’s campaigns, support shoots, coordinate creators, and edit video content for social, UGC, and digital ads.

This is not a “just posting reels” internship — it’s for someone who wants to understand how a luxury brand is built from the ground up.


What You’ll Do

  • Campaign Ideation: Brainstorm and pitch creative ideas for social, influencer, and brand campaigns.
  • Video Editing: Edit short-form videos (Reels, TikTok-style content, UGC, ASMR, ad cuts) using tools like CapCut, VN, or Premiere Pro.
  • Content Coordination: Work with creators and agencies; manage briefs, submissions, and approvals.
  • Brand Asset Management: Maintain organized folders for content, edits, and campaign assets.
  • Performance Feedback: Review content analytics to understand what’s performing and adapt ideas accordingly.
  • Research: Track creative trends, competitor storytelling, and new content formats.


You’ll Thrive If You

  • Are visually creative and love crafting stories through video.
  • Know your way around CapCut, VN, Premiere Pro, or Final Cut.
  • Understand aesthetics — composition, transitions, music, mood.
  • Are proactive, organized, and can manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
  • Love brands that make you feel something.
  • Are curious about D2C marketing, creator economy, and luxury storytelling.
