At Taavie, we help footwear and leather goods manufacturers streamline operations, elevate quality, and adopt world-class processes. Now, we’re expanding our team.
• Lead end-to-end manufacturing & quality improvement projects
• Strengthen QMS standards (ISO 9001, ISO 14001, etc.)
• Drive RCA, CAPA & process optimization
• Implement lean manufacturing & Six Sigma
• Manage cross-functional teams and build a continuous improvement culture
• Coordinate with clients, suppliers & certification bodies for audits
• Degree: Footwear Tech, Industrial Engg, or related
• Experience: 5–8 years in footwear/apparel/textile manufacturing
• Strong QMS/ISO 9001 implementation background
• Hands-on with Lean, Six Sigma, FMEA, SPC, RCA
• Excellent leadership, communication & analytical skills
• Lead transformation projects that create real industry impact
• Work with forward-thinking teams across manufacturing ecosystems
• Shape processes for brands aiming to scale and innovate
