Key Responsibilities

1. Team Leadership & People Management

• Build, lead, and mentor a team of React, Angular, and Full-Stack developers.
  
• Identify skill gaps and create grooming, training, and development plans.
  
• Conduct regular performance reviews, 1:1 meetings, and goal-setting.
  
• Create and maintain a collaborative, positive, and learning-driven environment.
  

2. Project & Delivery Management

• Manage day-to-day development activities, sprint plans, and task allocation.
  
• Oversee end-to-end delivery of

  customer projects

  , ensuring timelines and quality.
• Align internal application development with business priorities.
  
• Monitor project risks, remove blockers, and ensure successful execution across multiple streams.
  

3. Technical Oversight

• Provide architectural and technical guidance to the development team.
  
• Ensure adherence to coding standards, best practices, and quality guidelines.
  
• Oversee code reviews, solution designs, and documentation processes.
  
• Evaluate and introduce new tools, frameworks, and technologies when appropriate.
  

4. Customer & Stakeholder Communication

• Collaborate with customers to understand requirements and translate them into actionable tasks.
  
• Prepare and present project status updates, timelines, and delivery plans.
  
• Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  

5. Process & Productivity Improvement

• Drive Agile/Scrum ceremonies and ensure process discipline.
  
• Improve workflows, development pipelines, documentation, and collaboration.
  
• Encourage adoption of automation, CI/CD practices, and performance measurement.
  

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 7+ years

  of experience in software development with strong hands-on background.
• Proven experience in

  React, Angular

  , and full-stack development using technologies such as Node.js, Java, or equivalent.

• 3+ years

  of experience leading or managing engineering teams.
• Strong understanding of front-end architecture, REST APIs, cloud services, databases, and modern development practices.
  
• Excellent people management, conflict resolution, and leadership skills.
  
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  
• Strong communication, analytical thinking, and stakeholder-management abilities.
  

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience in customer-facing roles or client project management.
  
• Experience building and scaling engineering teams.
  
• Knowledge of CI/CD tools, DevOps processes, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
  
• Exposure to QA automation and testing frameworks.
