Job Description

Project Leadership at Tarapur

Lead end to end project lifecycle across all active site projects
Align each project with goals, budget and timelines
Lead and mentor site project engineers and coordinators
Report consolidated project status to seniors.
Project monitoring and control of various projects including budget, timelines

Prioritize projects activities based on resource availability and planning decisions
Stakeholder management : Internal customers, vendors, contractors Communication and alignment
Cross functional coordination

Work with engineering, operations, procurement, EHS, QA/QC and Innovation to drive new products
Integrate all functions involved in a project and drive to implementation of solutions.

Responsible for safety and quality of all the projects

Identify project activities related risk and develop mitigation plans

People Development

Work with a CDP for Team members and ensure they are guided to grow on Functional and Leadership Competencies.
