(1) Check the Infeed / Out-feed and other Conveyors Belts washing done properly or not.
(2) Before starting the IQF Machine, check and wash the Coil defrosting, and check the functioning of Glaze conveyor Spray nozzles, Light Fixtures working condition inside the IQF & Hardener.
(3) Check the Door Heat Elements, Door Switch, Control Cabinet Ventilation, Control Cables condition, Temperature Sensors, Emergency Buttons etc.
(4) After verified by QC, inform to Machinery Incharge / Department Eco to start the Compressor, Ammonia Pump for giving the Temperature to IQF, after starting the IQF Machine, Switch ON the Blowers of IQF one by one and chick the Temperature. Daily Check-up the working condition of the AC Units in the Pre-processing and Processing Area, Water Chillers, Pumps, Chill Room Units etc. and conducting the periodical preventive maintenance for the same.
(5) Check the Socking Machines
6) Preparation of DPR with Machinery Running Hours, Power Consumption unit details and submitting to the Manager.
7) Controlling the Power and Water and Maintaining the Hygiene Condition of the Processing Equipments etc.
8) Check and calibrate the Essae weighing scales., Metal Detectors and checkweighers etc.
