Job Description

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

Handling End-to-End
Accounting of payables and receivables
along with reporting and controlling. Responsible for Invoice booking, Accruals, monthly schedules, Payment review and Bank Reco, etc.
Ensures timely closure of Month end Activities and
Monthly Book closure
.
Handle Quarterly & Year End
Statutory Audits
.
Uses Accounting software to record transactions & Ensures compliance with applicable
GAAP
.
Leading the
strengthening of Internal Controls
&
Process
Automation
for the areas responsible.
Assists Financial controller
from time to time.
Contributes to
team efforts
by accomplishing related tasks as needed.

REQUIRED SKILLS:

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Fluent in English speaking, reading and writing is must
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Detail oriented and highly organized
Skilled in time management and the ability to prioritize tasks
Excellent critical thinking skills

REQUIREMENTS:

Masters in Account and finance - 2 to 4 years of relevant experience.
Experience in SAP

OTHER DETAILS:

Office Location: Mahape, Navi Mumbai (Working for International Subsidiary)
Working hours: 2pm-11pm (Hybrid Model- WFH+WFO)

Kindly note that since this is for an International Subsidiary, it will be on a third party payroll basis.
