Experience: 4+ years Qualification: BE - EXTC/IT/Computer, BSc, BCA Division: IT Infrastructure Main Duties and Responsibilities Hands-on experience in security devices like FortiGate, Cisco ISE. Hands-on experience in configuring IPsec VPN tunnel, SSL remote VPN (Citrix VPN). Hands-on experience in configuring Cisco Nexus and Catalyst Ethernet switches. Hands-on experience in configuring Cisco Meraki Wi-Fi devices. Hands-on experience in configuring Cisco Email Security. Hands-on experience in maintaining Riverbed SD Wan. Hands-on experience in troubleshooting routing protocols like EIGRP and BGP. Knowledge of working on various models from Cisco. Ability to apply principles, theories, and concepts, as well as knowledge of related networking disciplines. Advanced knowledge of platform operation systems (router platforms, LAN, WAN, and router protocols) and how they interact with the network. Advanced knowledge and troubleshooting skills to support network infrastructures. Advanced skills in gathering requirements and designing/implementing/supporting network solutions. Advanced skills and knowledge and adherence to Change Management processes. Excellent knowledge and troubleshooting skills on Microsoft Windows Server Administration (Windows 2012/16/19). Excellent knowledge and troubleshooting skills on Hyper V and Nutanix Administration. Experience in ManageEngine Patch Management. Experience in Intune MAM. Hands-on experience with Veeam Backup software. Experience in Crowd Strike EDR. Understanding of cloud computing service models like SaaS, PaaS, and IaaS. Knowledge of AD, AD Sync, SFTP, and basic networking. Experience with Directory Services, Group Policies, DNS, DHCP, and File Server activities. Should have good knowledge about Windows Server Configuration & Maintenance. Should have good knowledge of M365 Email & Communication System. Should have good knowledge about Azure Cloud Services. Should have good knowledge of Network Monitoring Tools. Should have good knowledge of Cybersecurity Software like Zscaler, CrowdStrike, SOC.
