Job Description Must Have -Life sciences commercial analytics, Marketing effectiveness, sales force effectiveness as key skills Roles & Responsibilities The candidate will work closely with client facing teams and or clients directly and will be responsible for specific responsibilities in one or more of the following areas: Excellent understanding of Pharma Data sets – Commercial, Claims Data, EMR, Digital Deliver data and BI/analytics driven engagements Strong business acumen Strong project management skills To actively engage in knowledge learning & sharing Excellent communication skills Ability to summarize the essence in speech & in written communication Ability to influence and lead others Key Overall Skills: Should have business acumen, take initiative and be self-driven Strong conceptual knowledge on statistics Should have hands on experience in working on advance analytics projects involving statistical models Need to have worked with life sciences data sets (Commercial, Real World, Digital) Experience in requirements gathering and design for BI/analytics Strong Client facing skills Creative problem-solving skills Strong business and technical knowledge accountability Technical Skills 8+ Years of relevant experience Hands on experience working on any of the data querying language SQL Hands on experience on any of the advanced analytics tools SAS/R/Python Good Database knowledge (IQVIA/Symphony…) What will you focus on? Excellent understanding on Theory & Application of the Statistical Sciences Conduct analysis to address critical business challenges faced by client teams working in healthcare and life sciences Gathering business requirements to create high level business solution framework covering aspects of data science, data driven business process Interface with client teams along to develop solutions for identified opportunities across Commercial Analytics Ability to work with large data sets and present findings / insights to key stakeholders. End to End Ownership of Use Cases Qualifications Educational Background Engineering from reputed college or equivalent with strong work experience in life sciences and statistical analysis master’s degree in business administration from a reputed college or equivalent, Statistics / Operations research master’s from reputed college or equivalent Additional Information All your information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines.
