Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Project Lead to join our team in the chemicals and materials sector. The ideal candidate will have 7-12 years of experience in market research, project management, and chemical engineering.

Roles and Responsibility

Guide and oversee the research process and deliverables of proprietary projects.
Develop study scopes, schedules, budgets, and client deliverables in collaboration with senior management.
Manage and coordinate research efforts, including report writing and data analysis.
Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve project goals.
Ensure timely completion of projects within budget and scope.

Job Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Engineering (preferably Chemical), or a related field; an MBA is a plus.
Proven experience in market research, project management, and chemical engineering.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and the ability to meet deadlines.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients and stakeholders.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with strong organizational and time management skills.
Experience with scheduling, budgeting, and project management tools and techniques.
