Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Project Lead to join our team in the chemicals and materials sector. The ideal candidate will have 7-12 years of experience in market research, preferably with a background in chemical engineering or a related field.

Roles and Responsibility

Guide and oversee the research process and deliverables of proprietary projects.
Develop project scopes, schedules, budgets, and client deliverables in collaboration with senior management.
Conduct research and write reports on various aspects of the chemicals and materials industry.
Manage and coordinate research efforts to ensure timely completion and high-quality results.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business opportunities and develop strategic plans.
Provide expert guidance and support to junior team members.

Job Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Engineering (preferably Chemical), or a related field; an MBA is a plus.
Proven experience in market research, preferably in the chemicals and materials industry.
Strong knowledge of chemical engineering principles and practices.
Excellent communication and project management skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
