Relevant Experience:

• 12-14 years with expertise & experience in implementing Greenfield Aftersales Warehouse/ Logistics end to end Project
• Experience in OEM Automotive Vertical (2W /4W)

EXPECTED END RESULTS

MAJOR ACTIVITIES

1.Identify Competitive Logistic Partners viz. Vendors, 3PL & Transporters

• Liaison with Purchase, Finance, Legal, Taxation, IS/IT HR, Real Estate, Safety/Security & Business

2. Build an Efficient and Cost Optimal Logistic solution to meet Business Requirements viz. Warehouse/ Transport etc

• Capacity Planning for Inventory & Operations
• Define the Layout & MHE’s requirement

3.Planning of Project Phases & Milestones

• Detail Project Management schedule
• Periodic Progress Updates & Review with Stake Holders.
• Risk Assessment & Contingency Planning

4.Identify and Build an End-to-End IT Solution for Logistics Operations

• Consolidate System Requirements
• Close collaboration with IS/IT Team & Developers for requirement readiness as per Milestones.

5.Ensure Legal/Compliance/Approvals for smooth Supply Chain flows

• Coordinate closely with Finance, Tax and Consultants
• Ensure compliance related readiness inline with India regulations/framework
