Project Lead - After Sales Warehouse

As a Project Lead in the After Sales department at Chennai (Velachery Location), your role involves: **Role Overview:** You are expected to have 12-14 years of relevant experience with expertise in implementing Greenfield Aftersales Warehouse/Logistics projects in the OEM Automotive Vertical, specifically 2W / 4W. **Key Responsibilities:** - Identify Competitive Logistic Partners including Vendors, 3PL, and Transporters. - Build an Efficient and Cost Optimal Logistic solution to meet Business Requirements such as Warehouse, Transport, etc. - Conduct Capacity Planning for Inventory & Operations. - Define the Layout & MHEs requirement. - Plan Project Phases & Milestones. - Develop a detailed Project Management schedule. - Provide Periodic Progress Updates & Reviews with Stakeholders. - Conduct Risk Assessment & Contingency Planning. - Identify and Build an End-to-End IT Solution for Logistics Operations. - Consolidate System Requirements. - Collaborate closely with IS/IT Team & Developers for requirement readiness as per Milestones. - Ensure Legal/Compliance/Approvals for smooth Supply Chain flows. - Coordinate closely with Finance, Tax, and Consultants. - Ensure compliance readiness inline with India regulations/framework. **Qualifications Required:** Desired Personal Traits include Good Negotiation skills, being a Team Player, Self-Motivated, having Techno-Commercial understanding, and Excellent Communication skills.,
