Role Description

This is an internship opportunity for a Project Intern at PURE, located on-site in Kuppam. The Project Intern will assist in coordinating and implementing educational and community development projects aligned with PURE's mission and SDG goals. Responsibilities include supporting project planning and execution, collaborating with local stakeholders, monitoring project progress, preparing detailed reports and presentations, and contributing ideas for scaling initiatives. The intern will also help in organizing workshops and activities for students and educators to enhance learning outcomes and community engagement.

Qualifications

• Strong organizational, planning, and project management skills
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and relationship-building abilities
• Basic knowledge of sustainable development goals and educational initiatives
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite, research, and report preparation
• Commitment to community development and social impact
• Passion for education and working in rural or underserved communities
• Bachelor's degree (pursuing or completed) in Education, Social Work, Community Development, or related fields preferred
• Prior volunteer or internship experience in the non-profit or education sector is a plus
