Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Project Intern, located in Patna. The Project Intern will be responsible for supporting project planning and management, coordinating with volunteers and beneficiaries, facilitating training sessions, documenting progress, and assisting in the development of sustainable solutions. Qualifications Project planning and management skills Good communication and coordination abilities Experience in facilitating training sessions Documentation and report writing skills Problem-solving and analytical skills Ability to work independently and in a team Basic understanding of sustainable development practices Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Community Development, or related field is beneficial Experience in volunteer coordination is a plus
