About Project Wingman

Project Wingman by ET Organics is an innovative waste-to-protein system that converts organic waste into valuable insect protein and biofertilizer using Black Soldier Fly (BSF) larvae.
We’re on a mission to build a sustainable, circular solution that redefines how waste, farming, and food production connect.

This role is not a desk job — it’s for someone who wants to get their hands dirty, learn from the ground up, and grow with a sustainability-driven startup.

Responsibilities

• Assist in BSF larvae processing, harvesting, and maintenance.
• Conduct data collection, performance tracking, and small-scale experiments.
• Help prepare and maintain records, logs, and reports.
• Support during client visits, official inspections, and field demonstrations.
• Work closely with the founder to understand and build startup operations from scratch.

• Interested in sustainability, agriculture, or biological sciences.

Must-have Qualifications

• Available to work full-time and on-site at the Vijayawada facility.
• Graduate or current student in Life Sciences, Agriculture, Environmental Science, or related field.
• Comfortable with manual/field work and basic data collection.
• Good communication skills in English and Telugu.
• Responsible, punctual, and open to learning in a startup environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior exposure to farming, composting, or lab work.
• Basic understanding of BSF systems, waste management, or sustainable farming.
• Experience using spreadsheets or data entry tools.
• Enthusiasm for environmental innovation and agri-tech.
• Two-wheeler access for commuting (optional).
