Project Intern — Project Wingman (by ET Organics) Location: Vijayawada, Andhra Pradesh (On-site) Job Type: Internship (6 months, Full-time) About Project Wingman Project Wingman by ET Organics is an innovative waste-to-protein system that converts organic waste into valuable insect protein and biofertilizer using Black Soldier Fly (BSF) larvae . We’re on a mission to build a sustainable, circular solution that redefines how waste, farming, and food production connect. This role is not a desk job — it’s for someone who wants to get their hands dirty, learn from the ground up , and grow with a sustainability-driven startup. Responsibilities Assist in BSF larvae processing, harvesting, and maintenance . Conduct data collection, performance tracking, and small-scale experiments . Help prepare and maintain records, logs, and reports . Support during client visits, official inspections, and field demonstrations . Work closely with the founder to understand and build startup operations from scratch. Who You Are Curious, passionate, and eager to learn by doing. Comfortable with fieldwork and hands-on activity. Ready to work as part of a small, mission-driven team. Interested in sustainability, agriculture, or biological sciences. Must-have Qualifications Available to work full-time and on-site at the Vijayawada facility. Graduate or current student in Life Sciences, Agriculture, Environmental Science, or related field. Comfortable with manual/field work and basic data collection . Good communication skills in English and Telugu. Responsible, punctual, and open to learning in a startup environment. Preferred Qualifications Prior exposure to farming, composting, or lab work . Basic understanding of BSF systems, waste management, or sustainable farming . Experience using spreadsheets or data entry tools . Enthusiasm for environmental innovation and agri-tech . Two-wheeler access for commuting (optional).
