Role Description This is an internship opportunity for a Project Intern at PURE, located on-site in Kuppam. The Project Intern will assist in coordinating and implementing educational and community development projects aligned with PURE's mission and SDG goals. Responsibilities include supporting project planning and execution, collaborating with local stakeholders, monitoring project progress, preparing detailed reports and presentations, and contributing ideas for scaling initiatives. The intern will also help in organizing workshops and activities for students and educators to enhance learning outcomes and community engagement. Qualifications Strong organizational, planning, and project management skills Excellent communication, collaboration, and relationship-building abilities Basic knowledge of sustainable development goals and educational initiatives Proficiency in MS Office Suite, research, and report preparation Commitment to community development and social impact Passion for education and working in rural or underserved communities Bachelor's degree (pursuing or completed) in Education, Social Work, Community Development, or related fields preferred Prior volunteer or internship experience in the non-profit or education sector is a plus

Role Overview We are seeking a Project Coordinator & Workshop Facilitator to lead program execution, student engagement, and workshop delivery in the Vijayawada region. Key Responsibilities • Coordinate programs including Youth Hubs, PYGX exposure sessions, PURE Femme, soft skills workshops, and design thinking modules. • Facilitate workshops for students in colleges and higher secondary institutions. • Liaise with principals, faculty coordinators, and student leaders. • Manage weekly Youth Hub meetings and student project teams. • Track KPIs including attendance, workshop delivery, and student engagement. • Support reporting, documentation, and basic dashboard updates. • Assist in outreach campaigns, content documentation, and field coordination. Required Qualifications • Bachelor's or Master’s degree in a relevant field. • Strong communication skills in English and Telugu. • Experience in facilitation, youth work, or community development preferred. • Ability to manage events independently and multitask effectively. • Basic proficiency with presentation tools and documentation.
