Key Responsibilities

• Take complete ownership of site operations and project execution.
• Plan and supervise daily construction activities in coordination with contractors, site engineers, and consultants.
• Monitor construction progress against the project schedule and ensure timely completion.
• Coordinate with architects, consultants, vendors, and government authorities for project approvals and inspections.
• Ensure materials and resources are available on-site as per project plans.
• Maintain accurate records of project status, daily reports, and resource utilization.
• Ensure compliance with safety, health, and environmental (HSE) regulations.
• Review and validate contractor bills, site measurements, and quality checks.
• Conduct site meetings and progress reviews with stakeholders.
• Troubleshoot delays, technical issues, or conflicts arising at the site.
  

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering or Construction Management.
• 5–10 years of relevant experience in site execution and project supervision.
• Prior experience in residential, commercial, or infrastructure projects is preferred.
  

Key Skills & Competencies

• Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, drawings, and specifications.
• Proficiency in project planning tools (MS Project, Primavera, or Excel-based Gantt charts).
• Excellent team management and leadership skills.
• Good communication and stakeholder management.
• Strong focus on safety, quality, and timelines.
• Familiarity with local building regulations, labor laws, and statutory compliance.
