Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Project Estimation Executive with minimum of 3 years of experience to support our project estimation and costing activities. This is an office-based role focused on preparing accurate project estimates, analyzing tender documents such as Architectural drawings, specifications, data sheets and coordinating with internal teams.

Key Responsibilities:

· Prepare cost estimates and quotations based on project specifications, drawings, and BOQs.

· Analyze technical documents, drawings, and tender requirements.

· Maintain and update estimation templates, databases, and price records.

· Assist in the preparation of tender documentation and bid proposals.

· Review supplier quotations and compare pricing for accuracy.

· Support the senior estimator or project manager in daily estimation tasks.

· Ensure all estimates meet company quality and accuracy standards.

· Prepare reports and cost comparisons as needed.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

· Diploma in Engineering, Quantity Surveying, Mechanical, Civil, or a related field

· 3 years of relevant experience in Project management, Engineering or estimation and costing.

· Proficient in MS Excel, MS Word, and estimation software (if applicable).

· Basic understanding of reading Architectural drawings and BOQs.

· Strong attention to detail and numeric accuracy.

· Good communication and organizational skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
