1 Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of multiple projects. 2 Ensure all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. 3 Assist in defining project scope and objectives, involving relevant stakeholders to ensure technical feasibility. 4 Ensure resource availability and effective allocation. 5 Track project performance to analyze the successful completion of short- and long-term goals. 6 Report and escalate issues to management as needed 7 Identify potential risks and perform risk management to minimize their impact on project outcomes. 8 Manage relationships with clients and relevant stakeholders to ensure alignment with project objectives. 9 Develop project plans to be shared with clients and internal teams for alignment and clarity. 10 Continuously analyze project processes and recommend improvements to enhance efficiency.
