Vendor rating system updation Improvements in Vendor supplies Quality 2 INPROCESS INSPECTION Prepare and maintain Control Plans for all manufactured parts In process audits for all manufecturing areas to check abidance of processes with SOP's. Rework management 3 OUT GOING INSPECTION Prepare and maintain Control Plans for all FG SKUs FG Products Inspection as per sampling plan Rejection / Rework management Packed goods audit on sampling basis Inspection reports preparation Customer Inspection and reports preparation WS Freezing for new products Delivering other customer required quality reports on time 4 QUALITY IMPROVEMENT Conduct review with shops, SP, purchase, vendors in order to improve quality of the product. 1 PRODUCT TESTING Life Test of Std Products Review internal test, customer testing of all products to ensure quality, delivery fulfillment of contractual commitments. 5 PRODUCT/Material APPROVAL To liaison with external agencies for specific product approval in order to retain customer satisfaction. 8 Certifications ISO, OSHAS and any other required certifications, Internal and External Audits, Planning and executing the requirements, and maintaining. CALIBRATION Calibration of Gauges, Thermometer, Machines, Ovens, etc. in order to ensure quality of product. 4 FACILITIES MODERNISATION - To plan, procure, commission and facilitate - To improve inspection capability To improve product quality and customer confidence. 6 CUSTOMER COMPLAINTS To co-ordinate resolution of customers complaints in order to retain customer satisfaction. 7 TRAINING Identify, plan, execute training needs of engineers, workmen in order to ensure that right competence levels are available Responsible for usage of PPE Kits by employees working under you. New Joinees shall be trained for safety & health awareness. Any incident/ accident that happened in your area shall be immediately reported to the safety officer.
