1 Incoming Material Inspection Conduct incoming material inspections as per defined control plans Ensure compliance with vendor specifications Maintain records of rejected materials and report issues to suppliers 2 In-Process Inspection Conduct regular audits of manufacturing processes to ensure adherence to SOPs Monitor production parameters and product dimensions as per specifications Identify and manage rework processes to minimize defects 3 Outgoing Inspection Conduct final product inspection as per quality sampling plan Prepare and maintain inspection reports Coordinate with customers for product inspections and approvals 4 Quality Improvement & Compliance Assist in ISO and other quality audits Support calibration of measuring instruments used in inspections Conduct training for production teams on quality standards and defect prevention 5 Customer Complaints & Corrective Actions Investigate and analyze quality-related customer complaints Implement corrective and preventive actions to improve product quality
Preferred: Sheet Metal/ Wooden/ Fabrication/ Retail/ Server Racks & Panel Industry.
