Job Description

Role & responsibilities

1. Industrial Area Survey for Thermal applications
2. Identifying existing Industrial LPG customers3. Promote products and services4. Negotiate contracts with the aim of maximizing profits5. Identifying prospective customers6. Supporting existing clients with information and assistance7. Skills to pitch our SSP services8. Generating leads.9. Meeting or exceeding sales goals.10. Negotiating all contracts with prospective clients.11. Helping determine pricing schedules for quotes, promotions, and negotiations.12. Preparing weekly and monthly reports.13. Giving sales presentations to a range of prospective clients.

Burner, Boiler, Natural Gas, LPG, calibration, Flow meter, Transmitter, Furnace, Gas Fired, Kiln, Controller, metering skid, Loop Testing Diploma / Degree Projects or 2/3 months internship.

Purpose : To generate new customers for organization through prospecting, developing relations with OEMs

Roles and Responsibilities

Sales Management

  • Concept and Product selling
  • Prospecting, Generating Enquiry and Win new accounts
  • Handling of Key Accounts , Retention of Existing Customers
  • Handling expansion, new projects of existing customers
  • Ensure Volume / Margin / Contract Targets through New Prospects

Technical Responsibility- Pre & Post Sales

  • Site suitability checks and Fuel Plan Finalization
  • Coordination with technical team for execution of projects and regular services to existing customers

Marketing

  • Market Intelligence, competitors activities, new product development
  • Develop and make presentation of company products and services to current and potential customers
  • Develop Relation with OEMs and Installers
  • Brand Promotion and marketing activities.

Safety

  • Conducting safety training, Audits at Customer & network places
  • Ensure safety compliance at customer premises

Other responsibility

  • Source and Develop Customer Referrals
  • Credit Policy & Exposure control
  • Maintain Sales activity records and report
  • Negotiate with Internal & External Customers

Desired Candidate Profile

  • BE / B.Tech - Mechanical / Electrical / Civil / Instrumentation / Chemical
  • At least 2 to 4 years work experience in Oil & Gas other gases (Oxygen, CO2, BOC, Praxam) / Lubricants / heavy machinery / chemical / Industrial products / Industrial consumable goods (Coal, Welding Rods, gasket, etc)
  • Knowledge of basic business principles
  • Knowledge of Statutory guidelines
  • Knowledge of geographical areas of the location
  • Should be able to travel extensively

Fresh Candidates can be considered
Should be good in Spoken & Written English, Spoken HindiShould be able to work efficiently on MS Office Programmes like Word, Excel and Outlook at a reasonably good speed.Need to have good understanding of Basics concepts in Physics, Electronics, Sensors and Measurement, Control Systems and Engineering DrawingShould be fast in grasping Technical knowledge imparted during the training period.Should be able to drive a 2 wheeler and candidate with own vehicle will be preferred.Should be ready to travel extensively all over India and abroad.

Able to work is Industrial Environment which will involve physical handling of the Equipment to be installed /commissioned Should be ready to work on Project Sites continuously for time periods upto 1 month Candidates preferred
Visiting Site for installation, commissioning, site supervision and technical discussions with customersUnderstanding customer's technical requirements and selecting a Product or Service suitable for that customerNeed to provide technical support to customer over phone, email, WhatsApp, Skype and on site for all Products supplied by Company without any time restrictions.

Testing of company manufactured / Supplied products and making the material Test and Inspection reports.
Increase the sales of Spares, AMCsPreparing cost estimates for Spares, Services, AMCs, Control Panels and Projects.
