Project Engineer

Role Overview: At Ashiana, you will be responsible for ensuring the successful completion of phase construction projects in Jaipur. You will play a crucial role in planning, coordinating, and overseeing various activities on-site to meet the desired quality standards within the allocated budget. Your dedication to customer satisfaction and attention to detail will be key in delivering happiness and comfort to our residents. Key Responsibilities: - Plan drawing requirements on a monthly basis to streamline construction processes. - Monitor and maintain the quality of work at the site according to the construction checklist. - Develop the sequence of activities in coordination with key stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution. - Collaborate with the purchase team to facilitate vendor enrolment, manage costs, obtain approvals, and coordinate between site and head office. - Ensure timely construction planning to meet annual targets while adhering to quality standards and budget constraints. - Take responsibility for safety, staffing, training, and development of site staff, and ensure compliance with all legal requirements. Qualifications Required: - Full-time B. Tech in Civil Engineering. - 7-10 years of relevant experience in the field. - Passion for quality and meticulous attention to detail. - Familiarity with MS Projects is preferred. - Strong focus on achieving customer satisfaction and meeting performance targets. - Commitment to continuous learning, staying updated with industry trends, and a drive for excellence and prompt action.,
