Project Engineer

Key Responsibilities

1. Project Planning & Execution

• Assist the Project Manager in preparing project plans, schedules, and budgets.
• Monitor daily site activities to ensure compliance with approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
• Coordinate with architects, consultants, and contractors for smooth execution.

2. Technical & Site Management

• Review and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
• Provide technical guidance and resolve site-level issues.
• Ensure proper execution of civil, structural, and MEP works.
• Conduct quality checks and inspections at various stages of construction.

3. Resource Management

• Supervise labor, subcontractors, and equipment deployment on-site.
• Ensure timely availability of materials and monitor material usage.
• Maintain site safety and ensure compliance with safety standards.

4. Monitoring & Reporting

• Track project progress against the plan and report deviations.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports.
• Support documentation including site records, drawings, and approvals.

5. Coordination & Communication

• Act as a link between the project manager, consultants, and site team.
• Conduct site meetings and coordinate with stakeholders for issue resolution.
• Liaise with clients for approvals and updates.

Qualifications & Skills

• Education: Bachelor’s degree / Diploma in Civil Engineering or related field.
• Experience: 4-6 years
• Technical Skills: Knowledge of construction methods, project management software (MS Project/Primavera), AutoCAD, and MS Office.

Work Environment

• Based at project sites with occasional office reporting.
• Must be flexible to work extended hours and travel between project locations as required.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per year
