Job Description

Key Responsibilities: Manage end-to-end recruitment for site and office roles. Maintain accurate employee records including attendance, leaves, and personal data. Coordinate onboarding, induction, and documentation for new hires. Maintain and update office records, files, and registers. Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence. Track daily staff attendance and assist in preparing reports for HR/payroll. Coordinate travel, accommodation, and logistics for staff/site visits. Maintain office supplies and manage vendor relationships. Support finance with documentation related to petty cash, vouchers, and bills. Assist in handling incoming visitors, deliveries, and courier dispatches. Communicate with site offices for document collection and tracking. Ensure office cleanliness, orderliness, and basic facility management. Qualifications & Skills: Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Business Administration or relevant field. 1–2 years of admin or office coordination experience. Strong organizational and communication skills. Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
