- Prepare/review BOQs and drawings; supervise onsite installation activities.
- Coordinate subcontractors to ensure adherence to specifications, quality, and safety.
- Manage billing, documentation, testing, commissioning, and system handover.

Key responsibilities

- Prepare BOQs and drawings for HVAC, Firefighting, Fire Alarm & Plumbing systems.
- Attend site/review meetings with clients/consultants; implement action points.
- Supervise daily site activities; conduct project reviews.
- Ensure installations match specifications and drawings.
- Coordinate subcontractors to avoid rework and delays.
- Prepare procurement BOQs/specifications and evaluate vendor offers.
- Maintain quality standards and enforce safety precautions.
- Drive timely billing and collections for project cash flow.
- Plan manpower deployment and optimize usage.
- Maintain project files and documentation.
- Conduct quantity surveys; prepare inputs for bills.
- Handle testing, commissioning, and handover documentation.
- Work across project types: Metro, commercial, residential, hospitals, industrial, malls, etc

Technical highlights

- Perform heat-load calculations; prepare working drawings for HVAC and Fire systems.
- Design fire hydrant/sprinkler systems, tank sizing, pump head & sizing, and drawings.

What you'll need

- Aggressive execution mindset; monitor subcontractor productivity.
- Strong communication skills with clients, consultants, subcontractors.
- Ability to lead, manage, and motivate site staff.
- Hands-on MEP execution experience including BOQs and quantity surveying.

Good to have

- Experience in metro, healthcare, large commercial, and industrial projects.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and advanced Excel for BOQ tracking.
