Project Engineer

1. Planning of Resources with respect to Project schedule, tracking the Project schedule on regular basis with respect to actual to assist the Project Manager. (Ensure Timely Resource availability)

2. Coordinating and managing the Engineering and Technical activities with the Project Manager

3. Assist in preparation/collation of KPIs such as Project progress, man hours, productivity charts and manpower forecast charts with the help of Project Manager & Planning Engineer.

4. On select Projects/activities, perform Project Planning, Scheduling and Reporting per Project needs.

5. Assist Project Manager on issues related to Projects.

6. Plans and expedites all activities related to the Project execution; co-ordinates and follows up interdepartmental activities to ensure most effective cost control and timely completion of Projects as per the Project plan.

7. Association with Project Manager/Leads to prepare & publish execution guidelines for each project with QA standards.

8. Ability to analyze different types of documents, their tracking to assist the Project Manager.

9. Preparation of Supporting documents for proposals and tenders

10. Responsible for the distribution of documents received from the customers / vendors to concerned department heads/leads based on the distribution list

11. Any other relevant activities as defined by the Project Manager/Engineering Managers
