Responsibilities

Conduct on-site installations, configurations, and commissioning of networking systems including routers, switches, firewalls, Wi-Fi access points, and structured cabling.
Collaborate with project managers, clients, and internal teams to understand network design, topology, and implementation timelines.
Install and configure network equipment, racks, patch panels, and related components as per project specifications.
Perform system testing, diagnostics, and troubleshooting to ensure network performance, connectivity, and compliance with standards.
Provide training to clients and end-users on basic network usage, equipment handling, and first-level troubleshooting.

Requirements

Proven experience of minimum 1 year as a Field Support Engineer or Networking Project Engineer, specifically working on enterprise LAN/WAN, structured cabling, and network equipment.
Proficiency in installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of routers, switches, access points, and firewalls.
Basic understanding of IP addressing, VLANs, network protocols, and cable management best practices.
