Project Manager (Insulation / PEB )

The Project Manager – Insulation & PEB Construction is responsible for planning, executing, and delivering insulation and Pre-Engineered Building (PEB) construction projects. The role ensures timely completion, quality standards, cost control, safety compliance, and effective coordination with clients, vendors, and site teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end execution of insulation and PEB construction projects
• Plan project scope, schedules, manpower, and material requirements
• Coordinate with design, procurement, fabrication, and site execution teams
• Monitor insulation works (hot/cold insulation, cladding, duct insulation, etc.)
• Supervise PEB structure erection, sheeting, and finishing works
• Ensure adherence to approved drawings, specifications, and BOQs
• Track project progress, budgets, and billing milestones
• Identify risks, delays, and cost overruns and take corrective actions
• Ensure strict compliance with safety, quality, and statutory requirements
• Conduct regular meetings with clients, consultants, and subcontractors
• Prepare progress reports, MIS, and project documentation
• Ensure proper project close-out, handover, and final documentation

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering.

Require Male Candidates and more then 3 years of Project Experience.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
