Key Responsibilities: 1. Project Execution & Management Plan and execute fire protection system projects (Fire Alarm, Fire Hydrant, Sprinkler, Gas Suppression, VESDA, PA systems, etc.) Conduct site surveys, create BOQs, and assist in design validation. Monitor project timelines and ensure milestones are met. Ensure compliance with fire safety codes (UL, PESO, IS standards) and other relevant statutory norms. 2. Installation, Testing & Commissioning Supervise installation work as per approved drawings and specifications. Conduct functional testing and commissioning of fire safety systems. Troubleshoot technical issues on-site and coordinate corrective actions. 3. Coordination & Documentation Liaise with clients, consultants, contractors, and third-party agencies. Maintain daily progress reports, material reconciliation, and project documentation. Prepare handover documentation and as-built drawings. 4. Team & Vendor Management Guide and supervise site technicians and subcontractors. Coordinate procurement and delivery of project materials. Monitor quality and safety compliance at the site. Required Skills & Qualifications: Degree or Diploma in Electrical, Mechanical, or Electronics Engineering. 1–7 years of relevant experience in Fire & Safety System Projects. Hands-on knowledge of Fire Detection (FAS), Suppression Systems (FM200, NOVEC, CO2), Hydrant Systems, and BMS integration. Understanding of national/international fire safety standards (UL, PESO, IS). Strong project management, communication, and site coordination skills. Proficient in MS Office, AutoCAD (basic), and report writing. Willingness to travel and relocate across India for project execution. Desirable: Certification in Fire and Safety or PMP is an added advantage.
