Project Engineer

Experience: 3–5 Years

Education: B. Tech / Diploma in Electronics or equivalent

Industry: Construction / Infrastructure

Location: Mumbai - Site-based (willingness to work on project sites is mandatory)

Salary – Between 30000 to 35000 pm Gross + Travelling & Mobile Allowance

Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and technically skilled Project Engineer with hands-on

experience in Extra Low Voltage (ELV) systems. The candidate will be responsible for

executing, supervising, and delivering ELV projects — including CCTV, Public Address

(PA) Systems, Fire Alarm Systems, and Access Control — from inception to completion,

ensuring adherence to design specifications, safety standards, and timelines, along with

preparing and verifying project billing.

Key Responsibilities

 Project Execution:

o Implement and supervise ELV works as per approved drawings, technical

specifications, and project schedules.

o Coordinate with site teams, subcontractors, and vendors for smooth execution.

 Technical Management:

o Install, configure, and test ELV systems (CCTV, PA, Fire Alarm, Access

Control).

o Conduct troubleshooting, maintenance, and system integration.

 Billing & Documentation:

o Prepare project-related billing, measurement sheets, and BOQs for

submission.

o Verify subcontractor bills and coordinate with accounts for timely processing.

o Maintain accurate project records and reports.

 Coordination:

o Liaise with consultants, clients, and other stakeholders to ensure design

compliance.

o Prepare daily/weekly progress reports.

 Quality & Safety Compliance:

o Ensure all ELV installations meet quality and safety standards.

o Perform inspections and testing prior to handover.

 Material & Resource Planning:

o Assist in material requisition, inventory control, and resource allocation.

Skills & Competencies

 Strong knowledge of CCTV, PA System, Fire Alarm Systems, and Access

Control.

 Familiarity with ELV integration in construction projects.

 Ability to read and interpret technical drawings.

 Proficient in troubleshooting, commissioning, and billing preparation.

 Good communication and coordination skills.

 Knowledge of industry standards and safety regulations.
