Roles& Responsibility:

• Take ownership for ensuring all assigned projects are completed on time and within the approved budget.
• Plan, schedule, execute, monitor, control, and close out projects as per organizational standards.
• Track project progress, set milestones and deadlines, and act as the key coordination point for inter-departmental activities.
• Review project/order scope along with the terms & conditions; conduct IKOM and CKOM meetings.
• Review clients’ technical and commercial specifications and coordinate with customers for necessary technical clarifications.
• Coordinate with internal teams such as Engineering, Order Processing, QA/QC, and Dispatch to ensure technical requirements and delivery timelines are met.
• Work closely with the Logistics Department to plan systematic deliveries in line with project needs.
• Coordinate with site teams (Engineers & Contractors) to ensure timely completion of activities as per the defined terms and conditions.
• Ensure timely declaration and achievement of monthly net sales/billing targets.

Qualification & Experience:

• B.E. in Instrumentation or Mechanical Engineering

  with

  2–3 years

  of experience,

  OR

• Diploma in Instrumentation or Mechanical Engineering

  with

  4–6 years

  of experience in managing small to medium-scale instrumentation projects.
• Proficiency in project management tools such as

  MS Project, SAP

  , or equivalent software.
