Project Engineer

Role Overview

Manage end-to-end execution of packaging machine orders—from sales handover to FAT, documentation, dispatch, and installation coordination. Act as the technical point of contact for customers and ensure smooth project delivery across Pacmac’s factories.

Key Responsibilities

• Review machine orders and customer requirements
• Prepare project timelines and coordinate with design, purchase, assembly, and QA teams
• Collect and verify customer samples, artworks, and specifications
• Track build progress and provide weekly updates to customers
• Prepare and manage FAT, documentation, manuals, and dispatch readiness
• Coordinate installation planning with the service team
• Ensure on-time, accurate project execution with high customer satisfaction

Requirements

• Diploma/B.E. in Mechanical, Mechatronics, Production, or similar
• Strong understanding of machinery, automation basics, and drawings
• Good communication and coordination skills
• Highly organized and detail-oriented
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
