Job Description

Role Overview: At Ashiana, you will play a crucial role in the Phase Construction as a Project Engineer (Engineering) based in Jaipur. Your main responsibility will be to ensure the timely planning and successful completion of construction projects while upholding the company's commitment to customer satisfaction and quality. Key Responsibilities: - Plan drawing requirements on a monthly basis to support construction activities. - Verify and maintain the quality of work at the site according to the construction checklist. - Develop a sequence of activities in coordination with key stakeholders for efficient project execution. - Collaborate with the purchase team to facilitate vendor enrolment, manage costs, obtain approvals, and ensure coordination between site (BO) and head office (HO). - Ensure timely planning and completion of construction projects within budgeted costs and with the desired quality. - Oversee safety measures, staff management, training, development, and compliance with all legal statutory requirements at the site. Qualifications Required: - Full-time B. Tech (Civil) qualification. - 7-10 years of experience as a civil engineer. - Passion for quality, attention to detail, and excellence in project execution. - Proficiency in MS Projects is preferred. - Proven track record of achieving customer satisfaction and meeting project objectives consistently. - Proactive attitude towards learning, staying updated with industry trends, and taking prompt actions to drive excellence in project delivery.,
