Key Responsibilities Sales and Business Development: * Customer Engagement: Proactively engage with new and existing customers to understand their unique requirements for air handling and ventilation systems. * Technical Consultation: Act as a trusted advisor, providing technical expertise and product knowledge to help customers select the most suitable centrifugal fan products. * Quotation and Proposal: Prepare and present detailed technical and commercial proposals, cost estimates, and tender documents. * Negotiation and Closure: Negotiate terms and conditions, close sales, and work towards achieving individual and team sales targets. * Market Analysis: Conduct market research, identify new business opportunities, and stay informed about competitor products and industry trends. Technical and Service Support: * Installation and Commissioning: Oversee the installation and commissioning of centrifugal fans on-site, ensuring proper setup and functionality. * Troubleshooting and Maintenance: Diagnose and resolve technical issues, perform on-site repairs, and conduct preventive and corrective maintenance. * Customer Training: Provide technical training to customers on product operation, maintenance, and safety procedures. * Feedback and Improvement: Collect and log customer feedback, and liaise with the engineering and R&D teams to contribute to product improvements and new product development. * Documentation: Maintain accurate records of service requests, technical reports, and customer interactions. Required Qualifications and Skills Education and Experience: * Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related technical field. A diploma with relevant experience may also be considered. * Proven experience (typically 2-5 years) in a sales engineering, field service, or technical support role, preferably within the fan, HVAC, or industrial machinery industry. * Experience with centrifugal fan design, applications, and performance curves is highly desirable.
