Project Engineer

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site position based in Ahmedabad. The Service Engineer for TIJ (Thermal Inkjet) Printers will be responsible for installing, troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining TIJ printing equipment at client locations. The role involves onsite technical support, customer training, and ensuring minimal downtime of printing systems. The Service Engineer will work closely with clients and internal teams to deliver efficient after-sales service and technical support.

Qualifications

• Proven experience with TIJ printers or similar printing technologies
• Strong technical and troubleshooting skills
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Diploma/Bachelor's degree in Electronics, Electrical, Mechanical, or related field
• Ability to work on-site in Ahmedabad
• Prior experience in printer maintenance or technical support is preferred

Qualifications
