• Lead complete project life cycle from tender award to handover and closure.
• Translate client requirements and design intent into executable and commercially viable plans.
• Establish project control systems for cost, schedule, and quality compliance.
  

2. Estimation & Commercial Control

• Take full ownership of estimation integrity and cost benchmarking.
• Ensure budgets reflect real-market pricing; validate all variations and value-engineering decisions.
• Maintain margin discipline through proactive risk identification and mitigation.
• Co-own cash-flow planning and cost forecasting with the Accounts & Finance team.
  

3. Client & Stakeholder Management

• Serve as the primary interface for client leadership teams, consultants, and PMCs.
• Drive client satisfaction through responsiveness, transparency, and reliable delivery.
• Ensure proactive communication and early resolution of project risks.
  

4. Operational & Execution Oversight

• Review project progress through structured MIS and field audits.
• Guide Project Managers and site teams in schedule adherence, vendor performance, and quality standards.
• Champion adoption of ERP and digital tools for monitoring deliverables.
  

5. Financial Closure & P&L Accountability

• Oversee billing accuracy, certification, and collections in coordination with Accounts.
• Deliver project P&L aligned to approved margins and report variances to MD.
• Close projects commercially within defined timelines and maintain proper documentation.
  

6. Leadership & Governance

• Build and mentor cross-functional teams spanning estimation, procurement, and delivery.
• Promote a culture of ownership, precision, and client focus.
• Participate in board-level reviews and contribute to strategic planning for growth.
  

Required Profile

• Qualification

  : B.E. / B.Arch / Civil Engineer with 18 to 25 years of experience in the corporate interior/design-build industry.

• Background

  : Proven record in large-format commercial interiors, workplace or institutional projects

• Expertise

  : Cost management, contract administration, client interfacing, and ERP-based project control.

• Competencies

  : Financial acumen, analytical decision-making, presentation skills, stakeholder diplomacy.

• Leadership Style:

  Hands-on yet strategic; capable of driving teams through process rather than authority.
