Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Oversee architectural design quality, standards, and delivery across all projects.
Lead BIM strategy, implementation, and continuous improvement of workflows and digital tools.
Manage and mentor architecture and BIM teams; ensure alignment with project goals.
Coordinate with engineering, construction, and client teams to ensure accurate, timely model integration.
Establish and enforce company-wide BIM protocols, templates, and best practices.
Support design reviews, clash detection, and model-based decision-making.
Drive innovation in digital design, automation, and emerging technologies.

Requirements

Bachelors/Master’s in Architecture or related field.
10+ years’ experience in architecture with strong BIM leadership background.
Expertise in Revit, Navisworks, and BIM standards (ISO 19650 preferred).
Proven experience managing large, complex projects and multidisciplinary teams.
Strong communication, leadership, and coordination skills.
