Job Description

Role Summary

residential, commercial, luxury, and mixed-use developments

Role & responsibilities

1. Architectural Vision & Strategic Leadership

Define and drive a unified architectural vision across residential, commercial, luxury, and mixed-use portfolios.
Establish long-term design strategies aligned with business goals and market positioning.
Develop architectural standards, guidelines, and brand-specific design language.

2. Design Management & Project Oversight

3. Cross-Functional Collaboration

Coordinate closely with structural, MEP, project management, sales, marketing, finance, and construction teams.

4. Regulatory Compliance & Approvals

Ensure adherence to building codes, NBC, local bylaws, zoning plans, fire norms, and environmental regulations.
Liaise with government authorities and consultants for timely approvals and NOCs.

Preferred candidate profile

B.Arch from a reputed institution; Masters in Architecture/Urban Design will be preferred.
20+ years
of experience in architectural design and project leadership.
Proven experience delivering
residential, commercial, luxury, and mixed-use
real estate projects.
Strong proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and project management tools.
Deep knowledge of building codes, sustainability standards and construction technology.
Strong leadership and team-building skills
