Key role & responsibility:

Role Overview:
The Project Director will lead the Food & Ingredients (FI) portfolio, owning the business strategy and P&L. This role involves driving revenue through space and sponsorship sales, managing cross-functional teams, and ensuring consistent portfolio growth and innovation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead P&L, budgeting, forecasting, and overall revenue performance for the FI portfolio.
• Develop and execute strategies to achieve year-on-year business growth.
• Manage and mentor teams across Sales, Marketing, Database, and Operations.
• Build strong relationships with clients, sponsors, associations, and government bodies.
• Explore new markets and develop new events while upgrading existing ones.
• Collaborate with internal and global stakeholders to deliver high-quality, impactful events.
• Utilize data-driven insights and market trends to create need-based, successful events.
• Adopt and champion best-in-class technologies and continuous skill enhancement.

Experience & Qualifications:

• MBA from a Tier-1 institute preferred.
• Minimum 10 years of leadership experience in B2B exhibitions, conferences, or publishing.
• Proven expertise in P&L management, business development, and stakeholder engagement.
• Experience within the food or ingredients industry is an advantage.
• Strong ability to interpret market and economic trends to drive strategic outcomes.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹1,100,000.00 - ₹1,400,000.00 per year
