Project Delivery Specialist

Location:

Experience : 3 - 5 Years

  Coordinate activities, resources, equipment, and information to ensure seamless SR and project execution.



• 
  

  Liaise with clients to identify, define, and document requirements, scope, and objectives.



• 
  

  Ensure that client needs are effectively met as the SR or project progresses.



• 
  

  Assist in preparing project schedules, timelines, and deliverable plans.



• 
  

  Monitor and track SR and project progress, proactively identifying and resolving issues.



• 
  

  Serve as the primary point of contact, ensuring clear and consistent communication with customers and internal stakeholders.



• 
  

  Utilize E& systems and tools to manage and monitor service requests and project delivery.



• 
  

  Prepare and manage all necessary documentation, including legal and contractual paperwork.



• 
  

  Generate progress reports and escalate issues or risks to management as required.

Experience:

• 3+ years of experience



• 
  

  Prior experience collaborating with senior managers for service delivery and project execution.

Skills:

  Strong understanding of project management processes and delivery frameworks.
