Position: Project Delivery Manager – – US & Overseas Projects

Experience: Minimum 10 years (with at least 3 years in a PDM or equivalent leadership role)

About the Role:

Key Responsibilities:

· Lead end-to-end delivery of BIM and engineering projects for US and other international clients.

· Act as the primary point of contact for overseas stakeholders, ensuring high client satisfaction and proactive communication.

· Oversee project planning, resource allocation, timelines, quality standards, and risk management.

· Build and mentor high-performing delivery teams across geographies.

· Implement project delivery best practices, tools, and methodologies in alignment with company objectives.

· Ensure compliance with US and international project codes, standards, and client requirements.

· Collaborate with business development and technical teams for project scoping, proposals, and delivery planning.

· Identify improvement areas in project execution and implement corrective and preventive actions.

· Monitor financial performance of projects including budgeting, invoicing, and profitability.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

· Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture/Civil/Mechanical Engineering (Master’s preferred).

· Minimum 10 years of experience in engineering/BIM/project delivery roles, with at least 3 years in a leadership role such as PDH or equivalent.

· Strong experience in handling projects for US and overseas clients, preferably in the AEC/BIM/MEP domains.

· Excellent project management and team leadership skills.

· Deep understanding of project lifecycle, international codes, and cross-cultural team management.

· Proficiency in project management tools and BIM software (Revit, Navisworks, etc.).

· Exceptional communication, negotiation, and client-handling abilities.

· Any US valid certification is a plus.

Preferred Attributes:

• Experience working directly with US clients or having worked in the US.
• Visa ready or prior travel experience for international project coordination.
• Able to work in different time zones when required.
