Project Data & Operations Assistant (MIS)-trainee /Intern

Role Description

We are looking for a MIS & Operations Trainee / Junior Executive who can work closely with the founders to assist in data correction, standardisation, and reporting from the office team. This is an opportunity to learn studio operations while contributing to real systems that shape projects.

Key Responsibilities:-

• Collect, clean, and organise project-related data (drawings, checklists, BOQs, renders, timelines) from different team members.
• Maintain centralised trackers for project progress, deadlines, and deliverables.
• Assist in setting up and updating

  standard reporting formats

  (Excel/Google Sheets dashboards, task trackers).
• Cross-check and correct inconsistencies in data shared by team members before submission to principals/clients.
• Support the creation of

  project folders & libraries

  (CAD blocks, renders, references) for easy access.
• Generate weekly MIS reports on deadlines, tasks, and resource allocation.
• Coordinate with the operations lead / principals to ensure data discipline across the team.

Skills & Tools You’ll Learn/Use

• Advanced

  Excel / Google Sheets

  (pivot tables, lookup, formulas).
• Project management tools (Notion, ClickUp, or Trello).
• File organisation systems (Google Drive, QNAP/Cloud storage).
• Exposure to architecture workflows (AutoCAD/3D file structures, BOQs).
• Basics of

  Power BI/Tableau

  for dashboarding (if interested).

Ideal Candidate

• Graduate in

  BBA / B.Com / IT / Architecture / Interior Management

  or related fields.
• Strong in

  Excel/Google Sheets

  .
• Detail-oriented, organised, and eager to learn.
• Interest in architecture/construction industry is a plus.
• Freshers / interns welcome, 0–2 years of experience.
