Job Title: Project Coordinator Location: Indore Salary: Starting at ₹35,000 per month ### Job Summary: We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to oversee mobile application development projects using the MERN stack and Flutter. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring timely project delivery, tracking performance, and supporting team collaboration. ### Roles and Responsibilities: 1. Project Timeline Tracking: - Monitor project schedules to ensure timely completion of all deliverables. 2. Performance Monitoring: - Track and evaluate the performance of developers to maximize productivity and quality. 3. Task Management: - Document and oversee daily tasks for team members, ensuring accountability. 4. Guidance for Freshers: - Mentor and support new team members, helping them integrate with project objectives. 5. Team Coordination: - Facilitate teamwork and communication among developers and the QA team to enhance project efficiency. 6. Proactive Problem-Solving: - Identify and address issues that may affect timelines and team performance. 7. Documentation: - Maintain and update project documentation throughout the development lifecycle. ### Skills Required: - Strong understanding of MERN and Flutter technologies. - Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello). - Strong communication and organizational skills. - Effective problem-solving abilities. ### Experience: - 2-4 years of relevant experience in project coordination or related fields.
