Project Coordinator

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Project Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in the planning, implementation, and monitoring of social development projects. This role requires strong organizational skills, a passion for social change, and the ability to engage with diverse stakeholders at the grassroots level.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate the day-to-day execution of assigned social development projects
• Support planning, field implementation, documentation, and impact reporting
• Liaise with local communities, panchayat officials, NGOs, volunteers, and other stakeholders
• Organize workshops, awareness campaigns, training programs, and community outreach activities
• Monitor progress and ensure project milestones are achieved within timelines and budgets
• Prepare field reports, case studies, and success stories for internal and external communication
• Collaborate with the communication team for social media and media outreach
• Assist with data collection, analysis, and evaluation for reporting and impact assessment.

Qualifications:

Candidates with an academic background in the following fields are encouraged to apply:

• Master of Social Work (MSW), Development Studies, Public Policy, Local Governance, Sociology, Journalism & Mass Communication.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
